JoosFoos Terms and Conditions
Welcome to JoosFoos! These terms and conditions govern your use of our products and services, including fruit boxes, fresh fruit delivery, and cold-pressed juices. By placing an order with JoosFoos, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1.1 JoosFoos is committed to providing fresh, high-quality fruits and juices at wholesale prices. However, natural variations in fruit size, shape, and appearance may occur.
1.2 All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.3 Orders are subject to availability. In rare cases, certain fruits may be unavailable, and substitutions of equivalent value may be made to fulfill the order.
2.1 Orders must be placed through our authorized channels (e.g., website, phone, or in-person).
2.2 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and cash-on-delivery (where applicable).
2.3 Any incorrect or incomplete order information provided by the customer is the sole responsibility of the customer. JoosFoos will not be liable for any issues arising due to such errors.
2.4 While placing orders, the customer shall be required to provide following details. After the order is accepted by joosfoos, a confirmation email/message will be sent to the customer.
Name of the recipient
Flat number/bungalow number
Name of the building
Name of the road/street/marg
Contact number land line/mobile
Proper/familiar land mark
Email address
The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address at any circumstances.
3.1 JoosFoos offers delivery services within specified areas only. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
3.2 Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or public holidays).
3.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to the unavailability of the recipient may result in additional charges.
3.4 Delivery charges, including porter charges, will be borne by the customer. Since we offer products at wholesale rates with minimal margins, customers are required to pay all applicable delivery costs.
4.1 JoosFoos ensures that all products are fresh at the time of packaging and dispatch.
4.2 Customers are requested to inspect the items upon delivery. If any item is found damaged or spoiled due to our error, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for review.
4.3 JoosFoos reserves the right to assess the condition of the reported product before taking any corrective action.
5.1 No Refund Policy: JoosFoos does not entertain any refund requests under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal preferences, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or natural variations in fruit appearance.
5.2 Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.
5.3 In the rare event of a confirmed quality issue attributable to JoosFoos, corrective measures such as product replacement may be offered at our sole discretion.
6.1 Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and order details.
6.2 JoosFoos products are perishable. Customers are advised to store fruits and juices appropriately and consume them within the recommended timeframe.
6.3 Any negligence in storage or handling by the customer will void any claims regarding product quality.
7.1 JoosFoos shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7.2 While we ensure the highest quality standards, customers are responsible for identifying and managing any allergies or dietary restrictions related to our products.
8.1 JoosFoos values your privacy. Customer information will be used solely for order processing, delivery, and promotional purposes with your consent.
8.2 We do not share customer information with third parties, except as required for service fulfillment or by law.
9.1 JoosFoos reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official channels.
9.2 Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
